Refund Policy for Custom Designs: The Bourbon Bard partners with Printify, a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported for wrong size, color, or simply not liking the product. 
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge or a sales credit (which can be used on a future Printify order), if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. 
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 
Sales Credit can be used only towards new order fulfillment and cannot be withdrawn.
